Important Information!
All items will arrive in the time specified by shipping selection from the date of receiving a shipping confirmation notification. This excludes any custom club. All custom clubs have a minimum of a 2 - 3 weeks creation turn around and will arrive in 2 - 4 days from the date of receiving a shipping confirmation notification.
Delivery
Free Delivery on Orders Over £50
- Dispatch Time: Orders placed before 12pm will be dispatched the same day. Orders placed after 1pm will be dispatched the next day.
Delivery Charges for Orders Under £50
- Standard Delivery Tracked: £4.99
- Next Day Delivery Tracked: £8.99
Click & Collect
- Location: Pro Shop at Market Harborough
- Cost: Free
- Note: Please wait for confirmation via email or text that your order is ready for pick-up before coming to the shop.
Returns
Return Policy
- Time Frame: Full refund available within 21 days from the purchase date.
- Return Time Frame: You have the right to return within 14 days of delivery - not purchase date. To do this please get in touch prior to a return.
- Requirements: Original order confirmation email must be presented.
- Inspection: Refund will be issued upon inspection of the returned item.

How long will my delivery take?
Delivery times vary based on the shipping method selected. Any selection of delivery could take 2-4 days from notification of shipping confirmation.
Please note: We can not manage 3rd party delivery company times if these extend and we are not help accountable for late delivery.
Can I track my order?
Currently we do not show tracking number but this will be available soon!
What if I miss my delivery?
If you miss your delivery, the supplier will usually leave a card with instructions on how to rearrange delivery or collect your parcel from a local depot.
How do I return an item?
