Payment Methods

Fairway Legends accepts a variety of payment methods to accommodate your needs:

PayPal: For a faster and more secure transaction, you can choose to pay through your PayPal account.

Shopify Payments: Integrated directly with our store, Shopify Payments offers a convenient way to pay without leaving our website.

All transactions are secure and encrypted, and we never store your credit card information.

Refunds and Returns

General Policy:

We aim to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with a product, you may return it within 30 days of receipt for a full refund, provided it is in new, unused condition and returned in the original packaging.

Custom Products:

Please note that custom products are made to your specifications and are not available for refunds at this time. We encourage you to review your order carefully before submission to ensure it meets your needs.

Non-Returnable Items:

Certain items may not be returned, including:

- Gift cards

- Custom build PING Hardware

Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

1. Contact our customer service team at support@fairway-legends.co.uk to obtain a return authorisation from the team.

2. Once approved, pack the item securely in the original packaging.

3. Include the receipt or proof of purchase along with a note stating the reason for the return.

4. Ship the item to our return address provided by our support team.

Please note that you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at support@fairwaylegends.com.
