The Fairway Legends Junior Academy is one of the most progressive junior golf programmes in the region — built around elite coaching principles, modern technology, structured planning, and real performance pathways.
Our academies run weekly throughout the year (with the final week of each month used as a rest / reset week), ensuring juniors train consistently while staying fresh, motivated, and injury-free.
Every session is fully planned, age-appropriate, and aligned to long-term athletic development, ensuring juniors not only improve faster — but enjoy the journey.

Junior Academy Timetable
All sessions are age-specific, ability-appropriate, and fully structured.
The Programme
Complete development pathway for junior golfers and focuses on building athletic skills, golf technique and all-round player development.
Players are grouped by age rather than ability, ensuring they learn the right fundamentals at the correct stage of development.
Each session includes multiple coaching stations, keeping sessions fun, active and engaging.
Weekly Structure:
• Week 1: Technique and Trackman Imperatives
• Week 2: Mini Games & Skill Development
• Week 3: FL Skills Card Testing
• Week 4: On Course Scoring, Scenarios and Shot Library
This approach helps players improve their golf whilst also developing athletic ability, mindset and of course enjoyment.
FL Philosophy
At Fairway Legends, our junior coaching programme follows the principles of the Titleist Performance Institute (TPI) Junior Development Model, a globally recognised pathway for developing young golfers.
As a TPI certified coach, Kegan structures the academy to ensure juniors learn the right skills at the right time in their development, rather than specialising too early. The programme focuses on building strong fundamental movement skills, athletic development, coordination and confidence before progressing into more technical golf instruction as players grow older.
Younger players are encouraged to learn through fun games, exploration and multi-sport activities, while older juniors gradually transition into structured training, technique refinement and performance coaching. This long-term development approach helps young golfers build a love for the game while developing the physical and technical foundations needed to reach their full potential.

Equipment & Custom Fitting
Training with the right equipment is more important than the coaching
All juniors are expected to train using appropriately fitted equipment, supplied by Fairway Legends until they are ready to purchase their own set.
When the time comes, our team will:
- Custom fit each junior for the correct clubs
- Offer exclusive academy discounts
- Provide trade-in options as juniors grow
