We encourage caddying as we know how special the memories can be for parents
and their children. We provide caddy bibs which must be purchased if caddying and must be worn at all times on the course.

That said, we cannot stress enough how important it is to let the juniors think for
themselves and bond with other juniors. If we feel a parent is putting too much
pressure on any juniors and they are losing enjoyment we will need to step in.

Remember, this is a qualifying tour so there are rules to follow BUT the most
important rule is that it is fun. They are juniors and have plenty of time to win, lower
handicaps etc.

We use the Golf Genius app- it is the best and easiest way to enter our events.

You can edit your profile and view the results and live leaderboard through this. We really recommend it!

We use this app for all scoring at events and to check in when they arrive to the venue. We just ask one player/caddy in each group to take care of the scoring.

Parents can stay tuned and view scores from anywhere in the world by using the GGID that get sent out with the tee sheet- very cool!

Every event is captured by our media team, with professional photography and highlight videos shared online. Families and sponsors benefit from quality coverage that celebrates the achievements of every player.

Consent Notice: By entering and playing in our events, you consent for your child to be filmed and photographed.

Images and footage may be used in Fairway Legends marketing, including social media, website content, and promotional materials.

CANCELLATION & REFUND
POLICY

We understand plans can change. However, please note:

• Refunds cannot be given if a player cancels within 7 days of an event.

• Cancellations made more than 7 days prior will be eligible for a transfer or partial credit towards another event.

• Season Tickets are non-refundable but may be transferred in special circumstances at the discretion of the Tour
organisers.

TERMS & CONDITIONS

All players and families are expected to uphold the values of the Tour: respect, sportsmanship, and inclusivity.

• Season tickets and event entries are non-transferable except where stated.

• R&A rules govern competitions unless otherwise noted.

• Caddies and parents must respect player focus and pace of play.

• By entering and playing in our events, you consent to your child being filmed and photographed for marketing
purposes.
