Delivery

All orders over £50 will be posted to you by Royal Mail special delivery. If your order is placed before 12pm then it will be dispatched the same day. Orders after 1pm will be posted the next day.

All orders under £50 will be £4.99 for Royal Mail special delivery or £7.99 for Royal Mail 1st Class signed for.

Alternatively you can Click & Collect for free. Please only come for pci up once you recieve confirmation via email or text that the order is ready.

Returns

If for any reason you are not happy with your item, then we will be happy to offer a full refund before 21 days from the purchase date. 

If you would like to return any item within the time frame stated above, then please make sure you have the original order confirmation email to hand. Upon inspection a refund will be issued.

Please note: Custom products are not refundable at this time so if you are not sure what you require please Book a Fitting with our pro.

Yes! You can purchase any item online by Click & Collect in our golf store at Market Harborough Golf Club. We require 2-3 weeks from date of purchase for us to get the custom golf club into the store but will notify you if it is available sooner.
